Service Station Site Assessment and Redevelopment

At Environmental Projects we are routinely involved in assessing service stations in metropolitan and regional areas for both investigative assessment or potential redevelopment. We are experts in tailoring soil, groundwater and soil vapour assessments and then liaising with stakeholders to achieve an outcome that satisfies all parties. We also have extensive experience in preparing Construction Environment Management Plans (CEMPs) for redevelopment of the site to:

  • manage risks to human health and the environment during demolition and construction
  • support stakeholders to comply with relevant legislation
  • provide appropriate action if contamination is discovered at the site.

Our CEMPs support our clients’ in their redevelopment of a site for ongoing commercial land use.
